In the early 1800's, a brick courthouse, clerks office and jail were built in Warm Springs, the County Seat of Bath County. These buildings, considered by many as perfect examples of Colonial Architecture are today known as The Warm Springs Inn. Healing mineral baths, just across the street, were originally called "Spring of Strength" by the Native Americans that traveled through the valley to hunt game and rejuvenate themselves in the warm waters. By 1761, the first bath house was constructed to accommodate the many frequent travelers. Today, to rejuvenate your spirit, you can enjoy the relaxing qualities of the Baths after an active day in the mountains. In addition, you may appease your appetite in our cozy, country restaurant distinguished for its delectable German favorites and courteous service. Warm Springs Inn offers antique beauty and tranquil seclusion at affordable prices.
